KHAJOOR

Ingredients to make KHAJOOR

  • Allpurpose flour - 2 cup
  • sugar- 1/2 cup
  • ghee- 1/2 cup
  • Green cardamom- 1 tsp
  • coconut powder- 2 tbsp
  • water as required
  • oil for frying

How to make KHAJOOR

  1. Add sugar, green cardamom, coconut powder and ghee till well mixed in the all purpose flour
  2. . Then add water to make a fairly stiff dough.
  3. Divide into balls and roll out.
  4. Deep fry the khajoor in hot oil till golden brown.
  5. Drain and serve.
