make churma laddu in festival like Diwali and Ganesh Chaturthi but it was very high calary..so today I make some changes in recepi but its taste is same

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. coarsely ground weat flour 2 cup
  2. gram flour 1 tablespoon
  3. semolina 2 tablespoon
  4. refined oil 1/2 cup
  5. lukewarm water as needed
  6. Ghee 1/3 cup
  7. cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
  8. nutmeg powder 1/4 teaspoon
  9. mix dry fruit costly grounded 2 table spoon
  10. poppy seed one tablespoon

Instructions

  1. mix flour and semolina add half cup of oil and mix well.
  2. Add luck warm water as required and knead into a stiff dough
  3. give rest for 10 minutes
  4. meanwhile preheat your oven 180 degrees for 10 minutes
  5. after 10 minutes divide dough in round
  6. take a baking dish and arrange round in it
  7. now put the baking dish in oven for 180 degree and 20 minutes (time may be vary, you can + or - time)
  8. coarsely ground itand now add cardamom powder nutmeg powder and dry fruits and mix well
  9. heat ghee and jaggery continually stir still it melt
  10. Add the melted jaggery to the ground mixture in bowl. mix them well.
  11. Take mould n apply ghee inside now sprinkler poppy seeds(khas khas) in side.
  12. Now Put mixer in mould n press it.
  13. Take plate and put mould upside down . Make same way all ladu..
  14. Enjoy traditional healthy laddu
