Butter...50gm
Kasuri methi...1tspn
Kashmiri red chilli powder...1tspn
Roughly chopped onion...2
Roughly chopped tomato....3

Instructions
Marinate the chicken with salt, 1tspn ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder & hung curd.
For gravy, heat 1tspn oil & 3tspn butter. Add cinnamon, cardamom, whole red chilli & garlic.Saute it for a while.
Then add chopped onion, tomato ,ginger paste, cashew nuts .Saute on high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
After that reduce the flame, cover it & let it cook for 15 minutes till the mixture became soft.Switch off the flame then, make it cool for few minutes & then make puree of it.
Now heat butter in a pan & fry the marinated chicken pieces in high for 2 to 3 minutes.Then take out.
Now fry the puree now for 2 to 3 minutes & then add chicken, red chilli powder ,salt & water.Cover it & let it cook now.
Once the chicken is cooked, add crushed kasuri methi, fresh cream & garam masala.
Serve hot with chapati or butter naan.
