  8. Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
  9. Coriander powder-2-3tsps
  10. Curry Masala-1/2-1tsp
  11. Salt
  12. Curry leaves,Corriander leaves
  13. Water

Instructions

  1. IN A KADAI POUR OIL,MUSTARD,ONION-TOMATO EACH -2,GINGER-GARLIC PASTE -1TSP SAUTE TILL RAW SMELL GOES
  2. ADD GARAM MASALA-CHILLI POWDERS EACH -1TSP,CORRIANDER PWD-2TSPS, TURMERIC-1/4TSP,CURRY LEAVES......
  3. CHICKEN 1/4 KG .PUT IN COOKER WITH 1/2 GLASS OF WATER & LITTLE SALT,LEAVE 4 WHISTLES.COOL IT & SHRED
  4. ADD BONELESS SHREDDED CHICKEN(BALANCE WATER IN COOKER KEEP IT TO ADD). NICELY MIX IT & ADD SALT ....
  5. ADD CURRY MASALA POWDER TO GET NICE FLAVOUR .
  6. ADD THAT BALANCE WATER TO GET A BINDING OF KARAM TO CHICKEN PCS.ALLOW IT TO COOK FOR 5-7MINS .
