Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Paneer grated 300 gms
  2. Onions finely chopped 1
  3. Green chilli chopped 1
  4. Coriander 1 tbsp
  5. Salt 1/4 tsp
  6. Red chilli 1/4 tsp
  7. Garam masala 2pinches
  8. For dough
  9. Maida 1/2 kg
  10. Salt 1/2 tsp
  11. Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Milk 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Make a dough with milk and rest water. Knead it nicely and keep it for fermentation in a steel bowl for 1 hour
  2. Knead it again , make balls and keep aside
  3. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl and keep aside
  4. Take one ball and roll it out
  5. Stuff the mixture in it and roll again
  6. Give it a shape of kulcha with light hands
  7. Apply oil on one side and water on other side and cook it in tandoori cooker
  8. Apply butter and serve with any vegetable
