Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 200 grams green gram
  2. 10 shallots
  3. 3-4Dry chillis
  4. Mustard
  5. Urid dhall
  6. oil
  7. Salt
  8. Grated coconut

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook soaked green gram with required salt for 2-3 Whistles.
  2. Switch on deep fry pan add oil . splitter mustard seeds ,urid dhall,curry leaves and dry chillies.
  3. Add shallots fry it so that it becomes transparent.
  4. Adjust with salt.
  5. Then add cooked green gram fry it with grated coconut for 2- 3 minutes.
