Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Carrot-1 kg
  2. Clarified butter/desi ghee-4 tbsp
  3. Elachi powder-1 tsp
  4. Milk -1cup
  5. Dry fruits- handful(chopped)
  6. Sugar 1'2 cup


  1. Take carrots,wash and peel them
  2. Grate them,
  3. Heat clarified butter in pan.Now add grated carrot,elachi powder ,mix well .cover it with lid.cook at low to medium flame for 20 min.In between keep stirring it.
  4. After 20 min it will reduce
  5. Add milk to it ,cook for another 10 minutes . Till milk reduces. Now add sugar.you can adjust sweetness as per taste. After 5 minutes add dry fruits of choice .I used kishmish,kaju
  6. Cook for sometime till it reduces and leaves ghee ....serve hot
