Ingredients to make Footi kadi

  • 1.5 cups water
  • Kokam sola 2
  • Shankar hing small piece
  • Green chili 1
  • salt to taste
  • sugar to taste
  • Corriander leaves few

How to make Footi kadi

  1. Break the kokam sola into small pieces
  2. Soak sola and hing in water till you get a deep red colour approximately half an hour
  3. Add chili, sugar and salt
  4. Garnish with corriander leaves
