Rasgulla or popularly known as Rosogolla is a very famous Bengali sweet, but almost every region love this sweet paneer balls

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Full fat milk...1ltr
  2. Semolina...1tspn
  3. Vinegar...1tspn
  4. Sugar...1cup
  5. Water...4cup


  1. Bring to boil the milk.Switch off the flame & make it cool for 5 minutes.After that add vinegar to make paneer.
  2. Wash the paneer under cold water to avoid sour taste of vinegar.
  3. Make the paneer dry for 30 minutes & then mash it well mixing with semolina.
  4. Make small balls from paneer.
  5. Boil sugar syrup.When it will start to boil, add paneer balls & boil it for 10 minutes in high with lid.After 10 minutes open the lid.Size will double by this time.Boil it another 10 to 12 minutes in medium flame without lid.
  6. Yummy rasgulla is ready to serve now..Keep it in fridge.
