Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled bhutta...4
  2. Grated coconut...1 table spoon
  3. Curry leaves...1 sprig
  4. Oil...1 tea spoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Asafoetida....1 pinch
  7. Cumin seeds....1/2 tea spoon
  8. Mustard seeds....1/2 tea spoon
  9. Turmeric powder....1/4 tea spoon
  10. Red chilli powder...1/4 tea spoon
  11. Coriander powder....1/2 tea spoon
  12. Lemon juice....1 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Grate bhutta
  2. Heat oil in a woke, add asafoetida, cumin and mustard seeds, Curry leaves and let them fry
  3. Now add salt and masalas
  4. Add grated bhutta and 1/2 cup water, let it cook covered on medium to low flame
  5. Add grated coconut also
  6. Cook till all the water dries up
  7. Enjoy after adding lemon juice
