Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup urad daal
  2. 2 cup rice
  3. 1 /2 cup sour curd or buttermilk
  4. 2 tbs chili ginger paste
  5. 1 ts garlic paste
  6. salt and black pepper powder as par taste
  7. 2 tbs oil
  8. water as use
  9. Red chili powder


  1. in a pan dry roaste both urad daal and rice on a slow gas flam.(do not change colour)keep it cool.
  2. in mixer, grind it fine powder.
  3. take a one bowl add daal and rice powder, curd, green chili ginger paste,salt and leave it 6 hours for fermentation.
  4. after 6 hours add oil and eno fruit salt and garlic paste and mix it well. add water as you want to make batter consistency.
  5. pour this batter in plate . sprincle some red chili and black pepper powder, and put plate in steamer.on full gas for 2o to 25 minut.
  6. serve wirh green chutney
