Soak the black gram atleast for 5 hours, wash it and remove the peels
Took it into a mixer jar and make thick and fine paste
Take fresh arbi leaves and wash it well
In lentil paste add salt, termeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin and carom seeds mix ot well
Spread this paste, over the back side of arbi leaves and roll it from upper side
Cook these rolls in a steamer atleast for 15 minuts on full flame , steam both sides
When it steamed, cut in samll size rolls
Deep fry when become brown take away and keep aside
In a pan heat 3 table spoon oil Add cumin seeds and mustered seeds,
When splutter add green chillis and finely chopped garlic.
Saute it then add finely chopped onion and fry it
Add salt, 1/2 table spoon termeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder
Mix it well
Add beaten curd and mix it well cook in low medium flame for prepare kadhi. Stir consistently
After 25 minuts add fried pieces and cook for 15 minuts in low flame
Add coriander leaves, Serve hot with rice and enjoy the super yummyy taste of IDAHAR
