Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Boiled potato 3
  2. fenugreek leaves 1 cup
  3. salt to taste
  4. oil 1 tablespoon
  5. Turneric 1/2teaspoon
  6. chilli powder 1/2teaspoon
  7. Garam masala 1/2teaspoon
  8. coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Mango powder 1/2 tea spoon
  10. Cuminseeds 1/4 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Peel n cut potato into 1"cubes. Wash fenugreek leaves. Heat oil in a work. Add cuminseeds n fenugreek in it stir fry for 5 minuts Add potato salt turmeric n fry for 10 minuts. When the potato becomes golden brown add coriander powder chilli powder mango powder n garam masala. Veggi is ready to serve
