About Bati Recipe

These are the authentic pieces of joy made in Rajasthan.You can have with dal or just have as it is.They taste delicious.

Bati

Ingredients to make Bati

  • Mota aata 2 cups
  • Thick malai 2 1/2 tbsp
  • salt
  • Ajwain 1/2 tsp

How to make Bati

  1. Knead the dough of the above ingredients.
  2. Rest it for 15-20 mins.
  3. Make the shape of the dough like this :point_down:
  4. Boil it for 15 mins.
  5. The bubbles should come on it like this :point_down:
  6. Keep it on oven for high flame 5-7 mins then flip again for 5-7 mins on medium flame
  7. Dip it in melted ghee.
  8. These are ready.Enjoy.

My Tip:

If you don't have oven you can cut them anf fry them.
