Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Desiccated coconut 1 cup (grind it to fine powder)
  2. Sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Milk 1/4 cup
  4. Cardamom powder 1 pinch
  5. Red and yellow food colour 1/2 pinch both

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan, add coconut powder, sugar and milk in it and cook it until the mixture start leaving sides of the pan.
  2. Now add cardamom powder in it, cook it for 1 minutes or so then switch off the flame.
  3. Now divide this mixture in two parts and add red food colour in one and yellow food colour in another set it in any container and plate
  4. Shape it in any container and plate and let it set in the refrigerator of 1/2 an hour.
  5. Now take it out cut it into square prices or as per your choice and serve it.
  6. Your coconut burfi is ready to serve.
