Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup ghee khurchana
  2. 2 cup dedicated coconut
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. Crushed cardamom 5
  5. Almond 12,nos,
  6. Cashew 10 nos

Instructions

  1. Heat a nonstick pan add ghee khurchana and cook in medium flame for 2 to 3 mins
  2. Then add sugar & mix it well,&cook for few minutes
  3. When the sugar is getting melted ,then add dedicated coconut & cook for few minutes,
  4. Then switch off the flame ,
  5. Now add almond pwdr & crushed cardamom
  6. Cool down for few minutes the mixture,
  7. After few minutes when the mixture lukewarm put small portion of the mixture in palm & make small ladoo..
