Boiled potato slices prepared with dry kasoori methi powder.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Hard boiled potato 4 large size
  2. Sendha salt/laohri salt to taste
  3. Green chili chopped 2 tbsp
  4. Whole red chili broken 2 tbsp
  5. Cumin 1 tsp
  6. methi dana 1 tsp
  7. Kasoori methi 4 tbsp
  8. coriander powder 1 tbsp
  9. Ghee 1 tbsp
  10. Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cut the potato into slices. pluck the whole red chili into two pieces.
  2. Heat the ghee in a pan pop the cumin and methi dana.
  3. Add green chili and whole red chili
  4. Add potato fenugreek leaves and salt ,stir and cook for 5 minute.
  5. Add lemon juice. Switch the flame. Serve hot with paratha or poori.
