Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover rice 1 cup
  2. Grated coconut half cup
  3. Salt
  4. Coconut oil 2 tbsp
  5. Mustard seeds half tablespoon
  6. Cumin seeds half tablespoon
  7. curry leaves
  8. Red Chillies 2
  9. Urad dal one tablespoon
  10. Chana dal one tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed cumin seed chana dal urad dal and saute it for one minute
  2. Add Red Chillies and grated coconut and saute it for one minute
  3. Add curry leaves and cooked rice salt and mix well
  4. Serve with coconut thogayal
