Curry leaves rice

Ingredients to make Curry leaves rice

  • Leftover rice 1 cup
  • curry leaves one hand full
  • salt
  • oil 2 tablespoon
  • onion 1
  • chana dal one tablespoon
  • urad dal one tablespoon
  • mustard seeds half tablespoon
  • cumin seeds half tablespoon
  • Red Chillies 2
  • curry leaves
  • asafoetida one pinch

How to make Curry leaves rice

  1. Heat one tbsp oil in a pan add chana dal urad dal cumin seeds Red Chillies asafoetida and fry it for 2 minutes
  2. Cool the mixture and grind to make a fine powder
  3. Heat one tbsp oil in a pan add mustard seeds chopped onion curry leaves and grounded powder and which of the flame
  4. Then add leftover rice salt and mix well
  5. Serve with coconut thogayal
