ABOUT Mango Potato Kebabs RECIPE

In this dish I have given a twist by using raw mango to give flavor as it is tangy and chat patta in taste.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 Raw mango grated
  2. 1 potato boiled, grated
  3. 2 to 3 green chillies chopped
  4. 1 tsp cornflour
  5. 2 tbsp coriander, chopped
  6. salt to taste
  7. oil for frying


  1. Take a bowl add grated mango, sprinkle salt on it to remove excess water, squeeze and keep aside.
  2. In a bowl add grated boiled potatoes, add the mango, green chillies, cornflour, coriander and mix well.
  3. Give shape of tiki and either shallow or deep fry it. Serve hot.
