Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 cheese cubes
  2. 1 medium onion
  3. 1 cup boiled corn
  4. Oregano 1 tsp
  5. Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Bread slices with cut corners

Instructions

  1. Take bowl and grate the cheese in it.
  2. Add in chopped onion and boiled corn. Mix well. Add in the oregano and chilli flakes.
  3. Sprinkle some salt for taste and make palm size balls of this mixture.
  4. Take the bread, cut off the sides and dip in some water.
  5. Squeeze out water from bread. Keep the ball in the middle the with your hands simply close.
  6. Make sure the ball is sealed inside. Heat some oil in a wok and deep fry the rolls.
  7. Sprinkle chat masala on it and serve hot with ketchup or mint chutney.
