Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250gms boneless chicken
  2. 1/2 teaspoon sarson paste
  3. 2 teaspoon Khuskhus paste
  4. 2 teaspoon coconut paste
  5. 1 teaspoon sugar
  6. 1/2 teaspoon Haldi powder
  7. Yoghurt 2 teaspoons
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Slit chillies 4
  10. 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard oil

Instructions

  1. Rub Haldi and salt to chicken and marinate for 15 mins
  2. Add all pastes, sugar,yoghurt and 1 1/2 teaspoon mustard oil.
  3. Transfer all to a steel container with lid
  4. Place the chillies on top
  5. Close the lid tight
  6. Put 2 cups of water in a vessel and place the steel container in it just like using a double boiler
  7. Simmer till 1/2 n hour
  8. Serve hot with rice or roti
