whenever I prepare dosa or idli mostly some batter is left, so by using using leftover batter we can prepare this colorful dish

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup dosa batter
  2. 1/2 Chopped capsicum
  3. 1/2 chopped tomato without seeds
  4. 1/3 chopped onion
  5. 2 tsp any leftover sabji
  6. 2 tsp corns
  7. 1/2 tsp Salt
  8. 1/3 tsp mirch powder
  9. 4 tsp oil

Instructions

  1. For uttapam , grease the tawa with oil.
  2. Pour the leftover dosa batter on the tawa but do not spread as we are making small uttapams.
  3. Now put pieces of tomatoes and Sprinkle some salt and chilli powder over the uttapam.
  4. If you feel uttapam is thick you can cover it with plate to make the cooking faster n use oil if required.
  5. Turn on the other side and cook till both the sides of uttapam become golden.
  6. Repeat the same process to make more uttapams with other chopped vegetables.
  7. Plate these delicious uttapams with favourite dip.
