Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Leftover tadka dal (preferably toor or yellow moong)
  2. flour as required
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Water as required
  5. ghee (optional)
  6. extra green chilli (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the dal, flour, salt, chillies. . Add ghee and knead. Roll out.
  2. Knead well enough to completely mix it.
  3. Add water if required. The dough is a little sticky and difficult to handle
  4. Cook on a dry tawa first and add oil or ghee to finish.
