  1. Leftover dry aloo gobhi sabzi.
  2. Paratha Dough
  3. Ghee or oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. 1.Mash the leftover aloo gobhi sabzi. 2.Roll 2 separate pieces of dough. 3.One one rolled piece add the mashed sabzi and spread evenly and leave space on the sides. 4. Overlap the other piece of dough and seal from sides. 5. Cook on tawa.
