Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Green lentil(moong dal)1cup.
  2. Water 2cups.
  3. Turmeric powder 1tea spoon.
  4. Salt 1tea spoon.
  5. Dal masal 1table spoon.
  6. Garlic cloves 4.
  7. Ginger julians few.

Instructions

  1. Taka a heavy bottomed pan.after washind dal ,add to it.
  2. Add water,garlic,turmeric powder and salt.cook on high flame till dal boils.
  3. When one boil completes lower the flame to minimum.coer and cook for 20_22 minutes or till dal is tender.
  4. Adjust consistency as you desire.
  5. Add dal masala ,mix and dish out .
  6. Serve with chapatis.
