Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover chapati
  2. Red Capsicum, green capsicum 1
  3. Onion 1
  4. Cabbage 1/4
  5. Tomato 1
  6. Ginger garlic paste one tablespoon
  7. Chili powder one tablespoon
  8. Cumin powder half tablespoon
  9. Chili sauce 1/2 tablespoon
  10. Vinegar one tablespoon
  11. Coriander leaves
  12. Salt
  13. Oil 3 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Slice the leftover chapatis and keep it aside
  2. Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion cabbage capsicum tomato and saute it for 2 to 4 minutes
  3. Add chilli powder, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste salt and saute it
  4. Chili sauce tomato sauce vinegar and mix well
  5. Add chopped chapatis and cook it for 3 minutes
  6. Add chopped coriander leaves and mixture switch off the flame
