Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. left over chappathi 3
  2. eggs 2
  3. onion 1 big
  4. tomato 2
  5. salt, oil
  6. 2 green chilly
  7. coriander leaves, curry leaves
  8. pepper powder
  9. fennel seeds , bay leaf
  10. ginger garlic paste
  11. turmeric powder

Instructions

  1. cut the chappathis into pieces
  2. and then put it in mixer and make a single turn
  3. so that we can get finely chopped chappathis
  4. then heat oil a kadaai
  5. add fennel, bay leaf
  6. add onion
  7. add ginger garlic paste
  8. add finely chopped tomatoes
  9. put 1 green chilly after tomatoes get smashed
  10. add turmeric powder
  11. add salt
  12. add chopped chappathis
  13. then add pepper powder
  14. add 2 eggs
  15. when eggs cooked add coriander and curry leaves
  16. then add a spoon a coconut oil
  17. switch off the stove
