Whenever I have left over kabab or tikka I stuffed them in a kulcha with veggies and mayonnaise and grill it.. An ideal quick dish for lunch box ,school tiffin ,or while traveling

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Left over fried kabab 2
  2. Ready-made kulcha or pita bread 2
  3. Green chutney 2tsp
  4. Mayonnaise 2tbsp
  5. Onion rings 1
  6. Butter 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Leftover fried Chapli kebab
  2. Take 2 khulchas or pita bread
  3. Slit from middle
  4. Apply green chutney
  5. Stuff in kebab
  6. Put some mayonnaise
  7. Put some onion rings and put on a grill plate of sandwich toaster
  8. Apply some butter on top to make it crispy
  9. Grill for 5minutes in the hot toaster
  10. Serve with tomato sauce
