Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 5to 6 tinda chopped
  2. 1sp oil
  3. 3 big onions chopped
  4. 1tbsp jeera
  5. 8 to10 garlic pods
  6. 4 to 5 green chillies
  7. Pinch of turmeric
  8. salt to taste
  9. 1tsp dhanya pd
  10. 1tsp garam masala pd
  11. coriander for garnish
  12. 1 sp curds
  13. 1tsp amchoor pd


  1. In a pan add oil add chopped tinda add salt, turmeric keep stirring till soft. In a plate add chopped onions add the grounded paste ( garlic pods, jeera, green chillies ) mix well then add garam masala pd, dhanya pd, amchoor pd, mix well then add chopped coriander, then add it to the tinda an mix well . Then add curds , mix well
