Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Ripe banana : 1
  2. Maida 3 tablespoon
  3. Baking soda 1/4 tablespoons
  4. Baking powder 3 tablespoon
  5. Sugar 3 tablespoons
  6. Oil one tbsp
  7. Milk 2 tablespoon
  8. Vanilla essence 1/2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Mash the banana and keep it aside
  2. In a bowl had Maida and powdered sugar and mix well
  3. Then add baking soda baking powder oil milk vanilla essence and mix well
  4. Then add mashed banana and mix well
  5. Transfer this mixture to microwave proof mug
  6. And bake it for 2 minutes in a mode microwave level high
