Slice some onions fry them , drop in some leftover boiled eggs and there I go with the dish 'pyaaz ke ande'

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. boiled eggs 6
  2. 15 ml oil
  3. 15 curry leaves
  4. 3 small sliced onions
  5. 15 ml soya sauce
  6. 1/4 tsp pepper and salt

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 15 mins . Remove the shell, slightly pierce them with a knife or a fork
  2. Heat oil, add the curry leaves,. Let them turn crisp.
  3. Add onions and fry them till slight brown.
  4. Add the soya sauce, pepper salt and mix well.
  5. Add the eggs and give a mix carefully.
  6. Fry on high flame for 45 secs to 1 min. Serve hot
