Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. All Purpose Flour (maida) 250 gm
  2. Cornflour 2 Tsp
  3. Sugar powder 125 gm
  4. Butter 100 gm
  5. Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Vanilla Essence 2 Tsp
  7. Choco chips

Instructions

  1. Using a whisk, mix butter and sugar powder till fluffy.
  2. Add vanilla essence to it.
  3. Sieve together all the dry ingredients.
  4. Now mix the dry ingredients with the sugar and butter mix.
  5. Wrap this dough in a cling foil and keep it in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven/convection mode of the microwave on 150 degrees.
  7. Make small balls of the dough and flatten them to make cookies.
  8. Put choco chips in each cookie.
  9. Lay a parchment paper on the baking tray and lay the cookies.
  10. Bake it in the microwave for 12-15 minutes.
  11. Let them cool on the baking tray for 5 minutes.
  12. After 5 minutes, keep each cookie separately on a wire rakh to let them cool completely. The cookies become crisp on cooling.
  13. Store in airtight containers.
