Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Leftover palak paneer sabji 1 bowl
  2. Ragi flour 2 tbsp
  3. Rice flour 1 tbsp
  4. Besan 1 tbsp
  5. Grated carrot 2 tbsp
  6. Curd 1/2 cup
  7. Sugar 1 tsp
  8. Salt to taste 1/2 tsp
  9. Cooking Oil to shallow fry
  10. Grated cheese 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take left over palak paneer sabji in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash paneer in it.Take out any big masala from the sabji.
  3. Add rice flour.besan and ragi flour.Add grated carrot .
  4. Add curd and bring it to the flowing consistency.
  5. Add salt.Keep it for 10 minutes as it is.
  6. Then mix it again.
  7. Heat a griddle.Smear ghee on it and spread the batter.
  8. Make small small pancakes.Drizzle oil and flip them. carefully.
  9. Let them fry for 5 minutes.
  10. Crispy pancakes are ready. Spread some grated cheese on them.
  11. Serve hot with chutney .
