You can easily make this recipe using leftover milk

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover milk 2 cups
  2. sugar 3/4 cup
  3. cardomon 1
  4. lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  5. water 1 1 /2 cup

Instructions

  1. Heat milk in a pan then add lemon juice and switch off the flame
  2. Solid milk portion and liquid will start to separate in two minutes
  3. Filter it and wash with cold water to remove sourness
  4. Squeeze it to drain excess water and hang it for 20 min
  5. Then mash the solid milk portion for one minute and knead it to make soft dough then shape it like small balls and keep it aside
  6. In a pan add water sugar and allow to boil it
  7. Add cardamom and prepared balls then cover with lid
  8. Cook it for 10 minutes
