Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Leftover rice : 1 cup
  2. Water : 1 cup
  3. Buttermilk : 3/4 cup
  4. Shallots / Small onion : 10 nos ( chopped)
  5. Salt : to taste

Instructions

  1. Previous night soak the rice with water till next day morning.
  2. Next day crush the rice with salt,chopped onion,buttermilk and mix everything well.
