It is a healthy receipe for kids.. can make it easily using left over idly /dosa batter..

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Left over idly/dosa batter - 1 cup
  2. Banana (riped) - 2
  3. Jaggery - 1 cup
  4. Ragi flour - 1/2 cup
  5. Cardamom - 1
  6. Salt - as required
  7. Ghee - to grease the appe pan

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the jaggery in a hot water , filter it and keep aside
  2. In a blender add banana,Cardamom and add little water to make smoothie ( i used jaggery water itself)
  3. Pour the banana smoothie into idly/dosa batter and mix well..
  4. Add ragi flour and stir the batter without lumps... add salt and mix
  5. Grease the appe pan with ghee and pour the batter using spoons and cook it both sides and serve it.
