Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 pieces of white dhokla
  2. 1 boiled and chopped potato
  3. 1/4 cup cooked moong sprouts
  4. 1 tbsp oil
  5. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  6. 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  7. 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1/2 cup well blended curd with salt and sugar
  10. 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
  11. 2 tbsp green chutney
  12. 1/4 cup colourful boondis
  13. 1/4 cup zero number sev
  14. Some chopped coriander leaves
  15. 1/4 tsp redchilly powder
  16. 1/4 tsp jeera powder

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and put chopped potatoes , sprinkle salt
  2. Roast them on low heat , until becomes light brown and crispy
  3. Then add red chilly powder , amchur powder and chaat masala , mix well
  4. Switch off the gas and take out the ready potatoes in a bowl
  5. Now take the leftover dhokla pieces
  6. Scoop out the dhokla pieces from the center , make like a katori
  7. Now arrange them in a serving plate
  8. First put some moong sprouts in the bottom of the cavity , about 2 tbsp of moong
  9. Then put the ready potatoes on top of the moong sprouts
  10. About 2 tbsp of potatoes in one dhokla
  11. Now pour curd on top
  12. Then pour some tamarind chutney and green chutney
  13. Garnish with colourful boondis , sev , coriander leaves , red chilly powder and jeera powder
  14. You can use curd and chutney according to your taste
  15. You can also use any other filling like kale chane , kabuli chane , boiled corn , green peas etc .
  16. Serve some extra curd , tamarind chutney , green chutney , sev and kachumbar salad , if you need some more chatpata
