Leftover Rice Bhujia Namkeen

Ingredients to make Leftover Rice Bhujia Namkeen

  • leftover boiled rice 1 cup
  • boiled potato 2
  • rice flour 3 tablespoon
  • salt to taste
  • dry mango powder one teaspoon
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • black pepper powder one teaspoon
  • red chilli powder one teaspoon
  • oil for deep frying

How to make Leftover Rice Bhujia Namkeen

  1. paste the boiled rice using grinder
  2. Mash the boil potatos
  3. in a mixing bowl add rice paste and mash potatoes
  4. after that add All dry powder ingredients and 3 tbsp oil and make dough
  5. now heat oil in a karahi for deep frying
  6. Take a bhujia mould ,pour dough in it,
  7. Press the mould &make bhujia on heat oil in karahi,
  8. Deep fry all the bhujia in medium flame till crunchy & change in to beautiful golden brown colour
  9. When its all done cool down & store into a air tight container.

My Tip:

U can adjust the spices according to ur taste.
