Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Minced mutton-1/2kg
  2. Chana dal-2cup
  3. Onion finely chopped-1
  4. Onion sliced-1
  5. Green chillies finely chopped-3
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Black pepper-3
  8. Elaichi-2
  9. Red chilli-1 1/2tsp
  10. turmeric powder-1tsp
  11. Garam masala-1tsp
  12. coriander powder-1tsp
  13. Coriander leaves
  14. Green chilli sauce-1tbsp
  15. Mayonnaise-2tbsp
  16. Tomato sauce-1tbsp
  17. tomato-1
  18. Bun-1

Instructions

  1. For making kabab tikki Add minced mutton and chana dal in the cooker. Add all the masala and wait till 5-6 Whistles.
  2. Now grind the mixture along with finely chopped onion, coriander and green chillies.
  3. Now make tikkis or Shami kabab and shallow fry them. Tikkis are ready
  4. For burger:- Apply some mayonnaise on the bun. Put the tikki, sliced onion and tomato.
  5. Now apply some green chilli sauce and tomato sauce.
  6. Serve hot with tea!
