Potatoes is a versatile vegetable which can be modified in any way you like, this is a Snack without onion and garlic best in fasting too.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. potatoes 5
  2. Fresh mint 1/4 cup
  3. fresh coriander 1/2 cup
  4. Green chillis 2
  5. amchur powder 1.5 tsp
  6. Redchilli pwdr. 1 tsp
  7. turmeric pwdr. 1/3 tsp
  8. salt to taste or sendha namak for vrat
  9. cumin seed. 1 tsp
  10. Ghee. 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and boil potatoes 2 whistles in a cooker.
  2. Peel the potatoes.
  3. Mix in all the other ingredients in and mix well. Serve.
