These sandwiches are healthy . It is a good recipe for people who do not eat gluten, but love sandwiches.

Ingredients to make Sandwiches without bread

  • cauliflower-200 gr
  • egg- 1
  • Gouda cheese- 50 gr
  • tomato- 2 slices
  • Hummus- 1 tablespoon
  • Lettuce- 1 slice
  • Any meat ( I used chicken breast)

How to make Sandwiches without bread

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius degrees.
  2. 2. Wash and chop the cauliflower.
  3. 3. Put the chopped cauliflower in the oven untill it becomes dry ( 10 min).
  4. 4. In a bowl, mix the cauliflower, 1 egg and the grated cheese.
  5. 5. Divide the dough in 2 pieces and make them rectangular shape.
  6. 6. Put them in the oven for 10-12 min.
  7. 7. You can put anything you want into the sandwich. I decided to use hummus, cooked chicken, tomato and lettuce.
