Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover idlis 8 medium
  2. Sauces :
  3. Green Chilli sauce 2 tbsps
  4. Tomatoe sauce 4 tbsps
  5. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  7. Chopped Garlic 2 tbsp
  8. Green chillies 3
  9. Onion 1
  10. Salt to season
  11. Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tbsps oil in a sauce pan. Cut idlis into equal squares.
  2. Add the garlic, saute till lightly browned. Now add green chillies and onion chunks. Stir fry on high.
  3. Add the red chilli powder. Saute for few seconds
  4. Add the sauces and quickly stir.
  5. Now add the idli peices and stir fry on high for few seconds.
  6. Check for seasoning. Serve immediately
