Left over flatbread 2 pieces
Leftover vegetables, cooked rice
Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
chopped onion 2 tbsp
Chopped green chilli 1tsp
Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
cinnamon powder 1 pinch
cardamom powder 1 pinch
clove powder 1 pinch
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Chat masala 1tsp
Roasted peanut crushed 2 tbsp
salt to taste
flour 2 tbsp
water as per requirement
Bhujia (snacks made of gram) 2 tbsp
oil for frying
Instructions
Cut flatbread into half
Add little bit water in flour
Make a thick paste for sealing
Put the paste in breads edge
Give shape of cone
It will be like this shape
Mixed up all the ingredients
Pour veg-mix slowly in cone
Filled up cone tightly
Made the flour paste lil thin
Dipped the cone head in paste
So that cone can be sealed
Rolled the cone on bhujia
Cover paste with bhujia
Fry till golden on low flame
Serve hot with tea/ coffee
