ABOUT Magic Cone RECIPE

This magic cone is made of leftover flatbread (roti), filled up by leftover cooked vegatables, boiled potato, and leftover cooked rice. Just try the tasty crispy magic cone

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Left over flatbread 2 pieces
  2. Leftover vegetables, cooked rice
  3. Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  4. chopped onion 2 tbsp
  5. Chopped green chilli 1tsp
  6. Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
  7. cinnamon powder 1 pinch
  8. cardamom powder 1 pinch
  9. clove powder 1 pinch
  10. Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  11. Chat masala 1tsp
  12. Roasted peanut crushed 2 tbsp
  13. salt to taste
  14. flour 2 tbsp
  15. water as per requirement
  16. Bhujia (snacks made of gram) 2 tbsp
  17. oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut flatbread into half
  2. Add little bit water in flour
  3. Make a thick paste for sealing
  4. Put the paste in breads edge
  5. Give shape of cone
  6. It will be like this shape
  7. Mixed up all the ingredients
  8. Pour veg-mix slowly in cone
  9. Filled up cone tightly
  10. Made the flour paste lil thin
  11. Dipped the cone head in paste
  12. So that cone can be sealed
  13. Rolled the cone on bhujia
  14. Cover paste with bhujia
  15. Fry till golden on low flame
  16. Serve hot with tea/ coffee
