Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 cup maida
  2. 1&1/2 tbsp sugar
  3. 1 tbs yeast
  4. 1 tbs Yoghurt
  5. 1 tsp Salt
  6. 2 tbsp Oil
  7. 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  8. Warm water as required
  9. For Filling:
  10. 2 chopped onion
  11. 1 cup minced chicken
  12. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  13. 1 tbs red chilli powder
  14. 1 tbs coriander powder
  15. 1 tbsp garam masala powder
  16. Salt to taste
  17. 2 tbsp coriander

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven before baking to 180°c
  2. Dissolve the yeast in warm water for 10 minutes.
  3. Take a bowl and add flour, salt , oil , yoghurt , sugar .mix it very well.
  4. Now add the yeast mixture to it.Now add the flour if necessary.
  5. Knead it very well for 10 minutes.
  6. Cover it with a cling film and keep in refrigerator for 60 minutes.
  7. Now for the filling; heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste and saute it. Add onions and cook till translucent.
  8. Add all the powders and masala accordingly.
  9. Add chicken to the mixture and mix well. Switch off the flame and keep aside to cool.
  10. Now remove the dough from refrigerator and punch them with ua palm.
  11. Cut out into few pieces.and then roll it into small disc.
  12. Now fill the disc with the filling and then reshape it into balls .
  13. Now place the balls in baking tray. Brush it with milk And sprinkle sesame seeds.
  14. Bake it for about 20 minutes until done.
