Rajma cutlet

Ingredients to make Rajma cutlet

  • 1 cup leftovers rajma seeds
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp ginger Chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic chopped
  • 2 tbs corn flour
  • 1 tbs coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbs oil
  • 1 green chilly

How to make Rajma cutlet

  1. mash the rajma very well or you can grind
  2. mash potatoes also, finely cut onion and green chilly
  3. take a mixing bowl put mashed rajma, potatoes, and all ingredients and masala mix it very well
  4. add corn flour also and mix
  5. now take small small portions in your hand give shape of cutlets
  6. take a non stick pan put little oil and cook cutlets on medium heat from both sides until golden brown colour

My Tip:

Leftovers rajma already has masala in it so while putting salt chilly take care
