A quick fux recipe with leftover idlis

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover idlis - 10 cut into small cubes
  2. Ghee- 1 tbspn
  3. Mustard seeds- 1 tspn
  4. Split urad dal- 1 tspn
  5. Curry leaves - few
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Molgapodi - 1 to 2 tspns
  8. Red chilly powder- 1/2 tspn

Instructions

  1. Take a kadai heat it....When hot add ghee....
  2. Then put mustard seeds and split urad dal.
  3. After it splutters add curry leaves
  4. Then put the chopped idli pieces ....
  5. Add molgapodi,salt and chilly powder....
  6. Mix well till it gets coated well
  7. Turn off the gas and serve hot
