ABOUT Roti fritter RECIPE

Made of leftover flatbread ( roti). Roti pices wrapped in a chickpea flour batter and deep fried till become golden brown. Its a nice tea time snacks.I m sure if you try the recipe you will feel good because instead of throughing roti you are enjoying the fritter thoroughly with tea / coffee.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Flatbread 1 piece
  2. Chickpea flour 2 tbsp
  3. Chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  6. Onion seeds 1 tsp
  7. Chopped green chilli 1 tsp
  8. Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil for fry
  11. Tomato Sauce
  12. water 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Take 1 left over flatbread
  2. Cut into pieces as you like
  3. Put spices with chickpea flour
  4. Put water for batter
  5. Mix chopped ingredients
  6. Mix salt as desire
  7. Wrap flatbread pices in batter
  8. Deep fry in a hot oil
  9. Take out on a tissue paper
  10. Serve with tomato sauce
