ABOUT Leftover Bread Manchurian RECIPE

Usually some breads are left in my fridge all the time. I making various types of snacks by use it. Yesterday evening I thought make some Chinese preparation with these bread and I maked it. All my family members loved it so much.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. three piece leftover bread
  2. 1 cup grated cabbage
  3. 1 cup grated carrot
  4. One teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  5. one teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Corn flour 2 tablespoons
  8. White oil for frying
  9. what gravy
  10. white oil one tablespoon
  11. chopped garlic one teaspoon
  12. spring onions white portion 2 tablespoons chopped
  13. GREEN CHILLI 1 CHOPPED
  14. half capsicum julienne cut
  15. tomato ketchup to tablespoon
  16. red chili sauce one teaspoon
  17. Vinigar one tablespoon
  18. soy sauce one tablespoon
  19. black pepper powder 14 teaspoon
  20. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. 1.arrange all the ingredients together
  2. 2.grind 3 leftover bread pieces.
  3. 3.Take a bowl mixed bread crumb, greated cabbage , grated carrots , ginger garlic paste , salt , red chilli powder , cornflour , water and make a firm dough.
  4. 4.make small balls from this dough.
  5. 5.Heat oil and fry balls.
  6. 6.For greavy heat oil, then add chopped garlic, spring onions white portion , chopped green chillies.
  7. 7.Fry lightly on high flame then add capsicums cook 1-2 secs and add all the sauces & viniger.
  8. 8.Mixed it and add conflour dissolved in water.
  9. 9.Then add bread balls and salt.
  10. 10.Stir properly.
  11. 11.Spincle some chopped spring oinon & serve imideately.
