Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For Dough
  2. 1.5 cups All purpose flour
  3. 3/4 teaspoon instant yeast
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. 1 teaspoon sugar
  6. 1/2 cup lukewarm water
  7. 2 tbsp+ 2 teaspoon olive oil
  8. For Filling
  9. 70g Maggie Pazzta (any flavour)
  10. 250 ml water
  11. 50g sliced mozarella cheese
  12. 2 tbsp chopped olives
  13. 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  14. 1.5 teaspoon red chilli flakes
  15. 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  16. 1 tbsp flax seeds
  17. 1 beaten egg for glazing
  18. 1 tbsp parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. ASSEMBLE ALL THE INGREDIENTS
  2. ADD FLOUR IN A BOWL, MAKE 3 WELLS, ADD YEAST SUGAR AND SALT IN IT
  3. GENTLY MIX EVERYTHING
  4. ADD 2 TBSP OIL AND WATER. KNEAD INTO SOFT SMOOTH DOUGH
  5. TRANSFER DOUGH TO SEPERATE GREASED BOWL, COAT DOUGH WITH OIL
  6. COVER AND REST FOR 2 HOURS IN WARM PLACE
  7. CUT MAGGI PAZZTA PACKET AND TRANSFER CONTENT TO POT
  8. ADD MASALA POUCH CONTENTS
  9. ADD 2 CUPS(250ML) WATER TO PAZZTA AND STIR WELL
  10. BRING TO BOIL, SIMMER AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES STIRRING OCCASIONALLY
  11. COVER AND KEEP COOKED PAZZTA ASIDE
  12. PREHEAT OVEN TO 180 AND LINE BAKING PAN WITH PARCHMENT PAPER
  13. GENTLY DEFLATE DOUGH
  14. DUST SURFACE WITH FLOUR AND KNEAD DOUGH FOR 3-4 MINUTES
  15. ROLL THE DOUGH INTO RECTANGULAR SHAPE
  16. PLACE MOZARELLA CHEESE TOWARDS ONE SIDE LEAVING GAP TOWARDS EDGES
  17. ADD COOKED MAGGI PAZZTA ON TOP OF CHEESE
  18. ADD CHOPPED OLIVES ON TOP OF PAZZTA
  19. SPRINKLE ITALIAN SEASONING AND RED CHILLI FLAKES ON TOP
  20. ROLL DOUGH INTO LOG TIGHTLY, SEAL EDGES FROM ALL SIDES
  21. PLACE DOUGH ON TOP OF BAKING TRAY
  22. MAKE EQUAL SLITS HALFWAY THROUGH DOUGH
  23. GIVE EGG WASH TO DOUGH
  24. SPRINKLE SESAME SEEDS AND FLAX SEEDS ON TOP
  25. BAKE FOR 20-22 MINUTES UNTIL TOP IS NICE GOLDEN BROWN
  26. SPRINKLE PARSLEY ON TOP
  27. SLICE AND SERVE WARM
